      Hello!

      How was your performance when you started ESE? It’s my second week and I fell my performance got significantly worse. I train on my non-fasted days but it looks like I’m not refueled enough when it comes to working out.

      Anyone with similar side effects? I wonder if it lasts or maybe it just takes a few fasts until my body gets used to the new conditions?

      Kajetan, as I remember, on non-fasted days you can eat at your maintenance level. So, you need to calculate how many calorie your body burns during your workout days and eat close to that amount.

      Also, like you said, you can just wait for some time. Probably, your body will adapt to fasting soon.
