rubyParticipantHi All nee here staring monday my first fast would love some support and or encoragment. Anyone using MFP please let me know if you would like an ESE buddie..
Hopeing this becomes a new way of life no more fad or crash diets or pills etc…

I started my fast last night around 8pm. I don’t do a full 24 hr fast. I usually break it between 18-20 hrs. I broke it today around 3:30pm with a banana & a hard boiled egg (my usual). I got caught up with things with work and before I knew it, it was 7pm. I was too tired to do a strength workout so I did a 60/60 HIIT workout. Finished that and went to have dinner. I ate about 1 1/2 cups of leftover pot roast (made lean) and about 1/3 c. mashed potatoes. I felt fine until about 2 hrs later. I was soooo hungry! So, I sliced up some strawberries and topped them with some fat-free whipped cream.
