I have just started my Intermittent Fasting and have lost 5 lbs. quickly but I was wondering about a protein drink that I have in the morning. Its a plant based w/water drink that I usually drink everyday. Is this not okay? I have been drinking green tea and water. Im doing the 7pm/11am schedule. I do notice that I was feeling weaker during my workout too. Does this sluggishness go away? Thanks 🙂
