I just started today doing a little different version of intermittent fasting where I eat a very healthy breakfast and a very healthy and large plant-based lunch and then don’t eat for 16 hours till the next morning! I have done it before for at most a couple days. It has always been a good experience. The amazing thing is I really am not hungry for dinner and feel great! Right now it will be dinner time and I feel fantastic. But this is just day one, and I’m going to do this for two full weeks just to see what is possible. I’m thinking of posting every day on this forum two keep myself accountable. Any thoughts?
Hello Rick and welcome! I think what you’re doing is daily fasting since it’s similar to 16/8 fasting style. Do you count calories on those days? Sure, post your results and experience in this topic.
