In the medical field here water is not allowed during fasting periods is that the same in this case? I drink about a gallon of water a day while I am awake or more. When if I wake at night I normally like have a drink of water.
No it’s totally different here compared to medical blood draw type fasts. DRINK LOTS OF WATER! You get water from food, so when you are not eating – or fasting – you need even more water.
Thank you so much. Might be stupid question but I want to make sure I do this right and alot worry that me drinking a gallon a day is to much I always here that is the first sign of a medical issue, and for me it is not. So thank you for clarifying that for me.
Water and fluids are essential to a successful fast. You do not want to get dehydrated and it also helps with staving off feelings of hunger.
